What's the purpose of this sweepstakes?
The ATA/Cabela's Great Gear Give-Away is a great fund-raiser to help clubs and organizations to raise funds and promote trapshooting. Clubs and organizations get to sell the tickets and keep a 60% percent portion of their ticket sales while 40% of the ticket sales are returned to the ATA to cover the cost of sweepstakes administration with the remainder donated to the ATA 501 (c) (3) funds.
What if my organization doesn’t sell all the tickets we request?
Please return all unsold tickets to the ATA office; you are not liable to pay for unsold tickets.
When is the deadline to return tickets?
The tickets are to be received by the ATA Office no later than Thursday, September 17.
How does the ATA keep track of what tickets went where?
The ATA has developed a database that logs which tickets, how many, and the date they were sent out in order to ensure that all tickets are accounted for. Each ticket has an individual number to make this feasible.
When is the drawing?
September 18, 2009
How will winners be notified?
Winners will be posted on the ATA's website, www.shootata.com and they will also be contacted by the following methods:
