Reminder to Lease Holders
This years Grand American Dates are August 5-15, 2009
Per the lease agreement lease holders must notify the IDNR a minimum of 30 days prior to this date their intended use or sub leasing of their leased campsite. The final day for IDNR to receive notification this year is July 6th, 2009.
Lease holders were sent a Notification of Use Form in January. Forms are also posted on the IDNR (www.dnr.state.il.us) website.
This form can be E-mailed, Mailed or Faxed to the numbers below.

If IDNR does not receive notification by the required date, the site will be allowed to be used by others at a standard event rate and IDNR will retain all fees.
