Are you planning on attending the AIM Grand Championships on August 7th and 8th? Will you have some free time during the AIM Grand Championships and are interested in volunteering? If you answered "yes," then we're looking for you! This year at the AIM Grand Championships, we will have "AIMbassadors" posted along the shooting line. AIMbassadors will serve a purpose similar to information kiosks that you might see in a mall. They will be available for participants and coaches to ask event related questions and maybe even a few questions about AIM or ATA Rules. AIMbassadors will be provided with a copy of the ATA Rulebook and AIM Operations Handbook as well as several lists to direct coaches and participants as to when and where they're shooting. Does this sound like something you would be interested in doing?
We're looking for the following qualities in our AIMbassadors: - General knowledge about the operation of a trapshoot We would like to have 10 people helping out at all times. It will consist of a lot of sitting/standing/strolling around a small area. We just want the AIMbassadors to be visible and readily available to help make sure everyone has a great shoot and can get their questions answered. If you're only available for a few hours at a time or for just one day, that's fine. We'll work to schedule volunteers so that it works with their schedule. Any help that you can give so that we can give our AIM Participants the best shoot possible will be much appreciated. If you're interested in being an AIMbassador, please contact Nick Aycock via e-mail at nick@shootata.com or phone at (937) 898-4638 Ext. 538. |
