Employees, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Amateur Trapshooting Association (“Sponsor”), The Event Group (“Administrator”), Cabela’s, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and website providers/web masters are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants (or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. A minor should have his/her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to enter.
TO ENTER: Between June 11, 2009 and September 17, 2009 (“Entry Period”), there are two (2) ways to enter: 1) purchase a ticket for $5 at any participating gun club, AIM group, state association or individuals, while supplies last, and you will be automatically entered into the drawing. Multiple tickets may be purchased. All proceeds will go to benefit the Amateur Trapshooting Association. Or 2) to enter without purchase, hand-print your name, complete address, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and date of birth, and if a minor, your parent’s or legal guardian’s signature. on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with first class postage affixed to: ATA / Cabela’s Great Gear Give-Away, 601 West National Road, Vandalia, OH 45377. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 10, 2009 and received by September 17, 2009. Entries must be handwritten. Entries that have been mechanically reproduced are void. Enter as many times as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
WINNER SELECTION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing scheduled to take place on September 18, 2009 from all eligible entries received by independent judging agency. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor or Administrator is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole discretion. If any winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name if his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

Each winner is solely responsible for all expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specifically stated herein as being provided including, without limitation, any and all taxes. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, delayed, damaged, stolen or inaccurate entries; or for other errors or problems of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, mechanical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any promotion-related materials. Winners must ensure that any prize is operated safely and by a person trained in gun safety. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the promotion, as solely determined by Sponsor/Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the promotion be, in Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the promotion and, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for that drawing prior to action taken. Entrants (or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians), by participating, agree that Sponsor, The Event Group, Cabela’s, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of any prize) or participation in this promotion. Each winner (of, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian), by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
